The less goals you have, the more likely it is that you will succeed. Write down everything you want to achieve and order them by priority. Now put a thick stripe through everything except the first four.
📄️ Define your goal
Before starting on your goal, it is good to think about if you really want to do it. This post will guide you through several questions. Don’t rush through the questions, instead ponder for a few minutes about them. Once you’ve answered all the questions, and you still think it’s worth the effort, then you are ready.
📄️ Visualize
The brain has a hard time distinquising between real and imagined events. When you're visualizing where you're going and how to get there, you are training the mind to execute it too. You will experience lesss anxiety and stress when faces uncertain situations.
📄️ Roadmap
Now that you have a clear picture of what the end result will look like, it is time for some backwards reasoning to create a Roadmap on how to get there. Because without a plan, you don’t know if you’re falling off track. Engage with people who have walked the paths before you and get advice on how to do it. They might be able to create a plan with you and/or recognize when you’re going the wrong direction.
